“Just picked up our pooches Freya and Chester and they look and smell amazing!! This was their first grooming experience, I got a message from Jon to say they were ok and a picture of Freya as we felt she may be nervous. But she was fine and really calm got a cute picture to reassure us.
When we thought it couldn’t get any better we got a cute little gift with treats for the pups to take away. Lovely touch. Thank you so much Jon ❤️🐾 💯 recommend!”

“Took my dog Arlo after he hadnt been professionally groomed for about a year as he used to hate it so much it was easier to do at home. Jon james was very patient with him since he was nervous and a bit wriggley, but Arlo was so comfortable with him after 10 minutes I was OK to leave him and come back. He looked sooo much better and much more handsome when I returned very happy and loved his goody bag of treats he got to bring home, will definitely be visiting again regularly”
